Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

5-7 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dazzo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Dazzo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to DAZZO within 30 days of your original purchase date unless specified as part of a sale or promotion.
- Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Even if deliveries are late due to any reason.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund
- Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on DAZZO.art
- DAZZO reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
- International returns must be shipped back by the customer.
- Request your Return & Exchange by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
